The first Kick-off of the project management team was at the Rijkswaterstaat office in Brussels at the 10th of July 2019. During spring it became clear that our CEF proposal for the project Masterplan Digitalisation of Inland Waterways (DIWA) would be supported by the European Union. Therefore we started with the preparation of the Grant Agreement and the organisation of the Kick-off meeting. At the Kick-off meeting all five countries were present together with INEA and DGMove representatives. In addition to project management subjects and upcoming milestones, an approach was outlined for realisation of the Masterplan.
In the next months we will work on the detailed work program and the stakeholder engagement plan. Stakeholders will be approached for input in the upcoming months as well.
