The 3rd PMT meeting of the project was held on 6. & 7.11.2019 at the Rijkswaterstaat office in Brussels. The majority of the first day was covered by an interactive risk and opportunity session guided by two risk managers. Using several proven techniques the PMT members were able to focus on the main risks and mitigating measures which lead to the first risk log of the project.
The second day was focused on the work programme, the stakeholder engagement plan and the vision & roadmap. The potential stakeholders were plotted including the definition of the engagement methods.
The main working basis to be approved before the detailed work can start was draft finalised. The first SCOM meeting will take place end of January next week.
